Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room in 305 exceeded my expectations and was incredibly spacious, although a bit pricey. The service with 3 bath mats was exceptional, making me feel like a welcomed guest in their own homes. The location is unbeatable, perfect for both sightseeing and shopping, and the dining, although a bit limited and expensive, served delicious meals with fresh ingredients.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and modern rooms in a great location, but be prepared to spend your money. The stylish and comfortable rooms feature a large bathroom with 3 TVs, including one in the bathroom, bedroom, and living area. The relaxing bathroom amenities include a shower and soaker tub.
The hotel was truly above my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were amazing, offering everything one could possibly need, and they were unique and exceptionally comfortable. However, the service, while lovely in most areas, fell short in accommodating special requests. The location was quiet and perfect, right off Michigan Avenue. The dining options were a bit pricey, although the lobby bar area offered some meals. Overall, the hotel provides great value for the experience.
The hotel feels exclusive and the rooms are huge, offering separate bedroom and living areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful, though some instances of rude behavior were noted. The location is excellent, perfect for shopping and close to many attractions. The dining options vary with some inclusions in the rate. Overall, a good value for money with certain aspects to consider.
I was thrilled with the hotel's location, just steps away from Michigan Avenue and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The rooms were spacious and beautifully lit with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, although some essential instructions were missing. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even going as far as bringing ice right to our room. However, some minor noise from a nearby hospital could occasionally be heard. Dining options were decent, but an earlier breakfast start time would have been more convenient for early risers.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very stylish and comfortable, especially the bathroom shower and soaker tub, but the room was freezing without any way to warm it up. The service varied from unfriendly to very welcoming, with a hint of mystery surrounding supposedly lost jewelry. The location was excellent, right off Michigan Avenue, but the lack of amenities was disappointing. The dining options were limited, but the eclectic British dishes were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel's location is fabulous, close to key sights in Chicago. The rooms are spacious with breathtaking views, but there was a minor issue with smoke smell. The service was friendly, though some improvements could be made in providing check-in details. The dining experience was delightful, especially on Thursday mornings. The facilities were top-notch.
